Los Angeles streetwear label BornxRaised, known for their LA-centric designs and collaborations, has partnered with Nike to launch a new shoe that is quintessentially BornxRaised and undeniably LA. Titled "One Block At a Time", this special edition Nike SB Dunk Low is a testament to the brand's ethos, which is deeply rooted in the LA culture​​.

Since its inception in 2011, BornxRaised has worked with several prominent brands, including Converse, 424, and Carhartt. Adding to this impressive portfolio, the brand's collaboration with Nike SB Dunk marks a significant moment in its history​​.

Unveiled on June 7, 2023, the shoe is set to hit the market on July 21, 2023, with an accompanying apparel capsule consisting of fleece crewnecks and a t-shirt. As a nod to the brand's roots, the crewnecks feature BornxRaised’s Old English logo, and the t-shirt will purportedly carry the phrase “On the Turf”​​.

Unlike BornxRaised’s highly limited, friends and family-exclusive Air Force 1, the Dunk Low boasts numerous instances of co-branding. These can be found on the graphic-adorned insole, holographic heel tab, outsole, and tongue. The phrases “One Block At A Time” and “On The Turf” are inscribed on the frontside and backside of the tongue, respectively. These texts can also be found elsewhere on the shoe, alongside embroidered icons and perforations akin to crosshairs​​.
